The plan will consist of:

Emergency Communications Contingency Plan for all major forms of 2 way radio (FRS, CB and Amateur Radio)
Important Emergency telephone numbers for Western Pennsylvania
Primary Emergency Communications Monitoring Freqencies (FEMA, PEMA, NOAA Weather, etc.)

Citizen Radio Network has been working toward similar goals. We are considering joining forces in an attempt to come up with some very basic nationwide standards for emergency communications utilizing FRS, CB and Amateur Radio.
